What process do you use in selection your CAREgivers?
Not only our CAREgivers are fully screened, they must successfully complete a criminal background check and fingerprints. Each reference is checked to the fullest. Caregivers also take a written test to determine their honesty and integrity.

How do you find your Caregivers?
In Home Care Solutions only accepts Caregivers with a minimum of 2 years practical elder care experience or who are licensed by the State of California..

Can I help choose the careGiver and/or meet them in advance.
Yes, our clients can help select their CAREgiver, and we discuss the selection process during your home visit. We also do a psychological profile on both client and CAREgiver to match them accordingly.

Are your services available for the elderly in nursing homes or assisted living facilities?
Yes, we provide companionship to care facility residents who require additional attention and/or personalized assistance.

We have a two day/ four hour minimum per week, equaling 8 hours per week.
