Gina Kay has been in the Medical field since 1980 working with Seniors in Idaho, Missouri and California. She learned to respect and love Seniors treating them with the dignity and respect they deserve. "Seniors are wise in their years and have so much to offer, I could listen to their experiences and stories for hours. They have a special place in my heart."

Visiting facilities where she witnessed neglect and abuse of the elderly, she vowed to make a difference and created In Home Care Solutions where she only accepts caregivers who wear their hearts on their sleeves.

"There is no doubt in my mind from what I have experienced that our aging loved ones will LIVE A LONGER HEALTHIER HAPPY LIFE IN THE COMFORT OF THEIR OWN HOMES. We should treat our Seniors the way we would like to be treated when we age. They did so much for us. It's time we return the favor with love, care and individual attention."

Gina also found several therapeutic forms of helping seniors. "I have seen many Seniors improve their health when they care or visit with an animal. Somehow they forget about their ailments and focus on something else. Helping Seniors return to the hobbies they love or finding new ones can also improve health."
